We are a reputable insurance restoration company specializing in property damage restoration due to fire, water, storms, and other disasters. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assessment and Scoping: Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including photos, reports, and invoices.
  • Compliance: Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
