Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders while delivering exceptional results for clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from preconstruction planning through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and documentation
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and contract administration
• Lead owner, architect, contractor, and subcontractor meetings while maintaining strong client relationships
• Partner with field leadership to ensure project quality, safety, and schedule performance
Qualifications and Requirements
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project controls
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change management processes
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
