Position Summary:
Oversee the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure, security, and compliance frameworks. Lead infrastructure architecture design across corporate, clinic, and call center environments. Manage critical business platforms including Google Workspace, Arctic Wolf, Sentinel One, and AWS. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. Drive innovation, mentor technical teams, and ensure continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.

Role Location: Omaha, NE - Corporate Office
Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy: Lead the design and development of enterprise infrastructure to support evolving business needs. Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Oversee deployment of hardware and software systems across all locations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for infrastructure and security team members. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Platform & Application Oversight: Manage secondary business applications including Google Workspace and contract management tools. Create roadmaps to align platform capabilities with organizational goals. Drive effective adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Business Partnership & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align infrastructure goals with strategic priorities. Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure service quality and alignment with business objectives.
  • Security & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain a security and compliance framework aligned with industry standards. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulations such as PCI-DSS. Support audit readiness and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure required
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading and developing high-performing teams required
  • Experience with mobile device management and end-user support required
  • Proficiency in managing cloud-based business platforms required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
  • Cisco Meraki CMNA or higher preferred
  • CISM or CISSP certification preferred
