If you're ready to trade constant jobsite demands for a role where your expertise makes a lasting impact, this is your opportunity.
As a BICSI Certified Trainer (CT), you'll lead hands-on instruction, mentor developing technicians, and help raise the standard for structured cabling excellence across the industry. This role is ideal for someone who still loves the craft but wants to invest their experience into teaching, coaching, and building others up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver BICSI curriculum in accordance with BICSI standards
- Lead classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and student evaluations
- Prepare students for successful completion of BICSI certification exams
- Maintain required training records, attendance, and documentation
- Ensure training tools, equipment, and facilities meet BICSI ATF standards
- Support BICSI audits, site visits, and continuous improvement efforts
