We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support the systems, processes, and data that drive pipeline generation, revenue forecasting, customer activation, lifecycle health, and expansion.

In this role, you will be hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, GTM tooling, retention analytics, and operational reporting. You’ll act as the connective tissue between GTM teams, helping ensure our sales, onboarding, and customer success initiatives run efficiently and scale with the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Sales Operations career who wants to learn quickly, build meaningful operational systems, and support a fast-growing SaaS business.

What You'll Do:
Sales & Pipeline Operations
  • Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related GTM systems.
  • Manage lead routing, account ownership, and territory rules.
  • Support the opportunity lifecycle: creation, stage management, forecasting hygiene, and closed-won processes.
  • QA inbound and outbound activity tracking (calls, emails, meetings) to ensure clean attribution.
  • Own the sales tools and work cross functionally to enable the sales team to increase metrics 
  • Assist with Salesforce reporting for the Sales and Leadership teams.
Customer Activation & Lifecycle Operations
  • Support the onboarding and activation workflow, including handoffs between Sales → CX → Onboarding → Support.
  • Maintain accurate subscription, product, and location data in Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Partner with CSMs to troubleshoot lifecycle data issues (billing, location status, churn codes, etc.).
  • Help develop and monitor key health indicators (activation milestones, churn signals, product usage, missed deadlines).
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to support GTM performance, cohort health, retention, ARPU, logo churn, and product adoption.
  • Assist in weekly revenue reporting, including pipeline, bookings, activation rates, and churn.
  • Pull ad-hoc data to support leadership, finance, and product decisions.
Process Improvement
  • Document and maintain operational processes across the GTM lifecycle.
  • Identify friction points in Sales, Onboarding, or CS workflows and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support rollouts of new tools, automations, and process improvements.

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related GTM roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency with ChiliPiper (or similar booking/routing software) and Outreach (or similar sequences softwares) is a must. 
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Looker is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data hygiene.
  • A process-driven thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous operational problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
