Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze existing datasets to map and assess ICONIQ's global network, providing insights to inform strategies for community engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams across the firm in harnessing the power of our collective network, identifying opportunities for strategic introductions and connections, invitations to unique events, and pinpointing levers for community expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal technology team to help build and manage our Salesforce customization projects and identify/implement other relevant systems, while maintaining data integrity and best practices for scalability.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports that highlight network status, success stories, and value creation ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of network processes, data flow, and project requirements to streamline future initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background, with demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience building systems that integrate and synthesize data from various sources to surface actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations, lead diverse stakeholders, and drive execution.
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com.
  • Deeply curious and thoughtful, experience and/or interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence and beyond, will play a role for data mapping initiatives.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
