Responsibilities

Description:

The C5ISRT Network All Source Intelligence Analyst will perform in-depth all source intelligence analysis of INDOPACOM adversarial military forces posing threat to U.S. Naval assets and operations that enables the identification, targeting, and exploitation of vulnerabilities in foreign maritime-related C5ISRT networks and combat systems. A combination of analytic and technical skills are essential for this position to assess, interpret, and forecast complex data and information to develop comprehensive finished intelligence products. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performs daily all source intelligence research and analysis using classified and unclassified resources on C5ISR networks and combat systems, integration, employment, and performs vulnerability analysis on prioritized topics
  • Performs network analysis, characterization, and evaluation
  • Formulates assessments and authors comprehensive analytic reports in accordance with intelligence community (IC) directives and security classification guidelines
  • Attends/facilitates meetings, prepares agendas, tracks due-outs, distributes minutes

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in National Security, Regional Studies, or relevant technical academic (desired)
    OR
  • High School Degree with 8 years of experience in a similar position

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a position where primary duty was producing finished intelligence products containing analytic judgments on scientific or technical topics.
  • Minimum 5 years of all source intelligence analysis experience on C4ISR or C5ISR systems/architecture, OR cyber all source intelligence analysis experience.
  • Link, network, or nodal analysis using MS Visio, Palantir, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, or similar programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of networks (topology, configuration, flow) and communications systems (protocols, components, mediums).
  • Proficiency in effective oral communications and ability to articulate findings of highly technical nature.
  • Demonstrated understanding of IC publication directives and security classification guidelines.
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) software programs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position

Desired Experience

  • Prior experience on adversarial military forces operating in the INDOPACOM region
  • Understanding of basic encryption
  • Education/Certifications: Computer Science/Networking; Network Security; Cybersecurity; Information Security; Telecommunications; Digital Network Exploitation; Net+ Certification; Vulnerability Analysis
  • Cyber all source intelligence experience at USCYBERCOM, CMF, combatant, or service component.
