Professionals in this role ensure network security, performance, and scalability while troubleshooting issues as they arise. They often work with IT teams to support business operations and ensure reliable network connectivity.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Network Infrastructure position, and why are they important?

To thrive in Network Infrastructure roles, you need a strong understanding of computer networking principles, network security, troubleshooting, and hardware installation, often supported by a degree in computer science or information technology. Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, as well as certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Juniper, is highly valued.
