  • Lead facility decommissions and infrastructure removals, including documentation updates.
  • Interpret, investigate, and remediate mission-critical alerts.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets Switch standards.
  • Document work, time, and outcomes clearly in ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Follow established escalation and notification procedures using sound judgment.
  • Provide input on process improvements for network operations and customer support.
  • Work flexible schedules that support 24/7/365 operations.
What We're Looking For

  • Clear and direct communication, especially during service-impacting events.
  • Strong judgment when prioritizing issues and escalating appropriately.
  • A calm, methodical approach when working under pressure.
  • Consistent reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of industry cabling standards, power systems, and fault-tolerant designs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot layer 1 connectivity and hardware issues.
  • Experience creating and delivering technical training or mentorship.
