Job description

Position: Enterprise Network Engineering & Support
Location: South-East Region in Wisconsin (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Network Engineering & Support professional to join our team. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise network infrastructure across a large-scale environment while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.

Key Highlights:

  • Participation in an on-call rotation with a team of 4 engineers
  • Daily queue support is shared among 4 engineers
  • Hybrid work model with onsite presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Strong English communication skills are required

Preferred Technical Experience:

Experience with the following technologies is highly preferred:

  • Juniper / HPE Layer 3 Routing & Switching
  • Aruba Wireless
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • HPE SD-WAN (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for enterprise network platforms including routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies
  • Support enterprise wireless environments through monitoring, configuration, performance optimization, and analytics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and connectivity issues
  • Assist with network design improvements and implementation aligned with security and architecture standards
  • Develop and execute test plans for network changes and deployments
  • Provide SD-WAN support including routing policies, connectivity, and monitoring as needed
