What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Network Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Network Engineer, you need a solid understanding of networking protocols, network design, troubleshooting, and a relevant degree or certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+. Familiarity with tools such as Cisco IOS, network monitoring software, and firewall management systems is typically required.
