Essential Functions

An employee at this level is required to perform some or all the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:

Development and maintenance of Community Mental Health (CMH) Provider agreements

Oversight and coordination of CMH Provider reporting, evaluations, and correspondence

Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for CMH Provider contract monitoring

Lead CMH contract monitoring on-site reviews including subcontractor reviews

Lead CMH Provider network adequacy oversight including monitoring and reporting

Liaison to CMH Provider Network

Coordination and oversight of CMH Provider Special Program Certification Process

Report development and submission to MDHHS

Assist with support of State Site Reviews and external quality reviews

Provider Network Management policy development and maintenance
