# Provider Network ManagerProvider Network Management in 175 College St, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3432, United StatesFull Time**Job Summary/Objective:**The Provider Network Manager is responsible for oversight of the Provider Network Team at Summit Pointe. The Provider Network Team is dedicated to coordinating all functions that support a high-quality network of external service providers. This position works collaboratively with Summit Pointe programs to ensure access to services through contract providers as well as ensure effective partnerships are maintained between programs. The Provider Network Manager will work with the Director of Systems Quality to support organizational values, strategic initiatives and full compliance with all regulatory standards.**Essential Duties and Functions:*** Manages contracting process for Summit Pointe's Provider Network.* Creates strategic partnerships with external provider network and community stakeholders.* Organizes and coordinates audits, provider remediation, training and stakeholder meetings.* Manages all aspects of credentialing, ensuring that the process meets all contractual expectations.* Supervises team of Provider Network Specialists.* Participates in corporate quality improvement and problem-solving activities.* Maintains confidentiality and privacy with MDHHS, state and federal guidelines.* Utilizes knowledge of CARF, CMS, MDHHS and Managed Care Standards.* Manages the execution of all assigned key performance indicators, annual strategy development and implementation for the Provider Network team.* Performs other duties as required.* The Provider Network Manager position is approved for a hybrid work setting, with remote work approved on an individual basis. Employee must be available to be on campus for meetings as needed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.* Minimum of two years of project or team-based Leadership experience required.* Minimum of five years of experience in project management or project-focused role required.* Must demonstrate organizational, computer, communications and problem-solving skills.* Minimum of five years of experience with computer technology in word processing, spreadsheet development for data tracking, graphic interfaces, web design/content management, database management and electronic medical record/scheduling software and electronic signature software.* Knowledge of Medicaid billing.**Trauma Informed System of Care:**A trauma-informed approach to service delivery emphasizes physical and emotional safety, choice, empowerment, and trustworthiness for customers.
