The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

Business Development
  • Implement the sales strategy in the field
  • Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature
  • Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships
  • Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team
  • Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires
  • Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields
