Job description

The ERP Systems Analyst (NetSuite) reports to the Senior Manager, ERP Systems. The ideal candidate would be our primary NetSuite technical resource but also should be able to perform functional work. They would be comfortable working semi-independently to gather requirements and propose solution alternatives for high level problem statements. They would be responsible for the technical delivery with responsibility for day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle NetSuite and the connected business systems that support Resolve Marine's global operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Oracle NetSuite, designing, building, and maintaining workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom records, forms, and other customizations to support business needs.

  • Analyze existing processes and defining new processes for Oracle NetSuite, UKG and custom applications with a focus on improving productivity, efficiency and/or data quality. Incorporating Celigo Cloud Extend into current and future processes to increase transparency and improve productivity.

  • Build, monitor, and maintain data interfaces and integrations between NetSuite and related platforms (using Celigo, SuiteScript or other scripting languages)

  • Subject matter expert for NetSuite functions including Project Management and Project Accounting (including Charge Based Billing /Invoicing).

  • Key team member in implementing NetSuite AI strategy (including Claude adoption)

  • Receive, triage, and resolve user-submitted system tickets related to NetSuite and connected systems, providing timely troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and clear communication to end users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Test, validate, and deploy system changes following established change-management and quality practices to minimize disruption to users.
