REPORTS TO: Director of Finance

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: $58,000 – $72,000 (commensurate with experience)

PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations in NetSuite, including full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, for our Oakland, NJ headquarters.

Essential Duties May Include

• Record financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment posting, and tracking outstanding balances.

• Maintain accurate ledgers and organized financial records in NetSuite and QuickBooks.

• Assist with preparation of basic financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).

• Support compliance with tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting and decision-making.

• Identify discrepancies and assist with process improvements.

• System Proficiency: NetSuite and QuickBooks records are maintained cleanly, with discrepancies identified and resolved proactively.

• Collaboration: Clear, timely communication with the Director of Finance and internal stakeholders supports informed financial decision-making.

Required

• Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience

• Demonstrated Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing experience, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.

• Experience with QuickBooks.

Preferred

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Construction or project-based accounting experience.

• Knowledge of Procore or AIA progress billing procedures.
