Job Title: Salesforce Net Zero Engineer Location: McLean, VA Job Description: Focus on implementing and customizing the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to help clients achieve their sustainability goals. Key skills would involve strong Salesforce development experience, knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability frameworks, data management, and the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform for Net Zero Cloud.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sustainability progress against net-zero commitments and compliance requirements, such as those from GRI, SASB, CDP, and CSRD.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on achieving their sustainability objectives using technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Implement and scale Salesforce projects related to sustainability and environmental impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of Net Zero Cloud.
  • Sustainability Expertise: Knowledge of carbon accounting principles, sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP, CSRD), and environmental regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Development, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable and secure software applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to perform feasibility studies and impact assessments.
  • Data Visualization: Experience in developing insightful dashboards and reports to drive decision-making.
