101,800 - 124,400

About the role

Join our Developer Experience COE (DX COE) as a DevOps!

Our growing team supports the onboarding and adoption of DX COE products, which platforms and tools to help IT teams to improve software outcomes in a more efficient way and increase developer community across Intact. The DevOps will contribute to day-to-day operations on infrastructure management, security, monitoring, and alerting. What you'll do here:

  • Manage and maintain the Harbour-IDP platform (Internal Developer Platform).

  • Implement feature in Harbour-IDP (java , springboot)

  • Troubleshoots low to moderate defects within code (within own component); may provide input into and performs actions as designated in the remediation plan.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

  • Provide operational support and issue resolution.

  • Enable frequent, reliable deployments in partnership with software developers.

  • Promote DevOps best practices across teams.

  • Implement observability and define KPIs for our platforms and services.

  • Embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Contribute to proof-of-concept projects.

  • Follow Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience with 5 years of experience, including DevOps.

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins and proficiency in Python .

  • Networking skills including VPCs, load balancers, and firewalls.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker is an asset

  • Security/SecOps experience is an asset.

  • Software engineering mindset with a focus on operations and security.

  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.

  • Customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-value solutions.

  • Creative and innovative, with strong problem-solving skills.
