Overview
The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to the Company's Legal Department and Corporate Counsel in reviewing legal agreements and collaborating with internal clients to draft and revise legal documents.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in legal or paralegal field; or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
  • Paralegal certification, preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and preparation of complex contracts and other agreements, such as quality agreements, supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, and support ongoing negotiations and update drafts as needed.
  • Negotiate agreements based on established Company positions, escalating as necessary for review by Corporate Counsel or other internal departments.
  • Monitor and collaborate directly with outside counsel on numerous matters, as needed.
  • Support all aspects of the business and work closely with Corporate Counsel and other Legal Department members.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to internal business partners on confidentiality and other contractual obligations.
  • Draft and update form legal documents.
  • Assist with organization and prioritization of legal matters and projects.
  • Drive strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed
  • Ability to work independently to build and execute on sophisticated matters, with limited supervision from Corporate Counsel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and internet for research.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal matters, implement plans, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters.
