Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program/Portfolio Manager to oversee delivery of multiple task orders under the VA T4NG2 contract. This role is responsible for managing program execution, ensuring compliance, and driving successful outcomes across complex IT initiatives.
This position requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and experience managing large-scale federal programs.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • This position follows a hybrid schedule, with the ability to report on-site in Washington, DC, as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
  • Certifications, such as PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications, are preferred
  • Experience managing large federal IT programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile and program management methodologies
  • Experience with financial management and reporting
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VA programs or T4NG/T4NG2
  • Experience with portfolio-level governance and reporting
  • Background in technical delivery (engineering, cloud, or cyber)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects/task orders across a portfolio
  • Oversee program execution, delivery, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting
  • Coordinate across stakeholders, teams, and partners
  • Manage risks, issues, and resource allocation
  • Support strategic planning and program governance
  • Lead customer engagement and communication
