The Ideal candidates will be established attorneys who have employment law experience. Attorneys who have defense side employment law experience are good candidates as well.
Education Requirements: Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Licensure/Certification: Active member of the Bar in the state where you reside
Experience Requirements:
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law. 5+ years post JD
  • Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.
  • Established in the target geographical market.
