Job description

The LA Clippers are now accepting applications for our 2026-27 Team Members! Team Members play an instrumental role in creating a best-in-class experience for our fans before, during, and after each Clippers home game at Intuit Dome. We are built differently, committed to the Fan Experience, and are looking for Team Members to rise to the occasion! See below for descriptions of which departments are hiring and what their key responsibilities are.
This is a part-time seasonal role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Team Members must be available to work at least 30 games throughout the 2026-27 season.
Brand Marketing
  • Support the Brand Marketing team in delivering welcoming, organized and engaging fan experiences at Clippers games and offsite grassroots events throughout the season and offseason. Marketing Team Members serve as front-line brand ambassadors and assist with plaza and in-arena activations, Shoot 360, halftime promotions, The Wall!, Clippers Wave Makers, Kid of the Game and other special guest and family experiences.
  • Responsibilities also include proactively assisting fans, answering questions, distributing game-night giveaways/rewards, preparing materials and supplies, and adapting quickly as game-day needs evolve. Successful Team Members are reliable, service-oriented, organized and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Broadcast
  • Our Broadcast Team Members provide technical support for audio and visual setup at Intuit Dome for a wide variety of events, including professional sports, live entertainment, special productions, and corporate meetings.
  • This role is responsible for assisting with the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and teardown of audio, video, and presentation equipment while completing event-related requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting audio and visual requests for in-house and third-party events.
  • Assisting with the setup/teardown of the NBA scorer's table during the Clippers season/postseason.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with clients, event managers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize AV equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Complete other duties as assigned in support of department operations.

Communications
  • The Communications department is responsible for crafting communication strategies to share the LA Clippers story with local and national media, for both Business Operations and Basketball Operations.
  • Assist with setting up media spaces, supporting media check-in and credential distribution, facilitating and transcribing player and coach interviews, distributing statistics to the coaching staff during all home games, and providing general game-night communications support during home games.

Corporate Partnerships
  • The Corporate Partnerships team helps brands bring their objectives to life through Clippers partnerships.
  • Professional, amiable Team Members will support our partners' brand campaigns and sponsored promotions at games as well as assist with off-site events, activations and season-long projects.

Group Sales
  • Group Events manages exclusive experiences and special events for large groups during the season.
  • Assist with check-in for group experiences, including court time, fan tunnels, performances, and more.
  • Collect and verify waivers for all on-court and interactive experiences.
  • Escort groups to designated experience areas (court, tunnel, photo locations, etc.) and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Serve as a liaison for group leaders and guests, answering questions and providing clear direction.
  • Assist with transferring tickets to group leaders when needed.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience.
  • Independently manage and execute all aspects of a gameday group experience from start to finish.

Membership Services
  • Membership Services creates memorable experiences and provides personalized attention to all Season Ticket Members.
  • Work as a team to facilitate check in for member game day experiences and ensure all experiences are executed smoothly.
  • Team Members will represent the Clippers brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion. Team Members will gain valuable experience in sales, service, retention, and event planning in the Clippers front office.

Technology & Digital Services
  • IT Event Setup: Support games and events at Intuit Dome by executing the setup and teardown of IT equipment, including but not limited to ethernet cabling, venue technology, computers, and switches. Ensure all systems are properly deployed and operational before and after each event.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with various departments, including but not limited to Basketball Operations, Fan Experience, and Retail, to fulfill their technology requirements during game days, providing responsive and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Venue Technology Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time to maintain uninterrupted venue operations and fan experiences.
  • Incident Documentation: Accurately capture and report issue details and incident logs to support continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Project-Based IT Support: Supplement the internal IT team by assisting with project-based tasks and technology initiatives as needed.

VIP Services
  • Set-up amenities for VIP guests (contractual obligations, special occasions/celebrations, etc.)
  • Inspect & monitor VIP space environments prior to doors and during each event
  • Set-up and facilitate VIP activations (in suites, on the court, etc.)
  • Actively check-in with VIP guests & troubleshoot questions/issues right away
  • Greet & escort VIP guests from their arrival to departure
  • Deliver gifts to VIP guests as needed
  • Assist with set-up and strike of special events as needed

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to excel in teams and individually as required by business need.

Essential Functions of the Job (Physical Requirements & Working Conditions)
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, or remain in a stationary position for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor work may include exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, crowds, and vibration typical of live sporting events and entertainment venues.
  • Ability to work in crowded environments with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts based on business needs.
