LOCATION: Candidate can be based, Wisconsin, or Minneapolis(US) or Oakville, Ontario (CAN)
Position Summary
The Sales Excellence Senior Analyst serves as a strategic and operational partner to Commercial Leadership, supporting effective sales execution, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering actionable commercial insights and analytics, managing forecasting and CRM discipline, and supporting performance management and business planning activities.
Through close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT, the position drives consistency in reporting, improves pipeline visibility, and contributes to informed decision-making and improved commercial outcomes.
The role supports continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and analytics, helping to enhance scalability and operational efficiency within the Sales organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & CRM Management
  • Own and optimize Salesforce CRM funnel and opportunity processes, ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, and adherence to defined standards
  • Ensure consistent pipeline hygiene and reporting discipline across the Sales organization

Forecasting & Performance Management
  • Manage forecasting processes for order booking and revenue, monitoring pipeline health, funnel progression, and alignment with commercial targets
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable effective commercial performance management

Business Insights & Analytics
  • Conduct business analyses, performance deep-dives, and trend assessments, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and present structured business insights and analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Commercial Planning & Operational Support
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on daily business management and operational execution, supporting performance tracking and decision-making
  • Contribute to sales territory alignment and optimization initiatives using internal and external market data to support effective resource deployment

Systems, Tools & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to define requirements and support enhancements to Salesforce CRM, Power BI dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes, reporting, and automation to enhance scalability, efficiency, and consistency across the Sales organization

Quality & Culture
  • Remain up to date and comply with all Quality System procedures relevant to the role, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Economics, or related analytical field
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, or related analytical function
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and reporting / analytics tools such as Power BI, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with / analyse complex datasets, and translate insights into clear business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to different audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes and deliver outcomes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Commercial or Sales organisations, ideally within MedTech or healthcare
  • Exposure to CRM (Salesforce) funnel management and forecasting, sales planning, and incentive compensation design or administration
  • Familiarity with data modeling, reporting automation, or analytical tools such as Python or SQL
  • Knowledge of healthcare market intelligence and medical claims data acquired from external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment

Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $95,000- 105,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
