Brain Watch Account Executive

There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at Natus Neuro.

The Brain Watch Account Executive is an integral part of our team, driving sales of Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG into hospital Neurology, ICU, and ED departments. With a focus on exceeding sales targets, this role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals while providing exemplary service and conducting personalized equipment demonstrations.

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Drive sales of Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG in your region, smashing monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Deliver powerful equipment demos to physicians, clinical staff, and IT professionals, highlighting the value of Natus solutions.
  • Build clinical champions within hospitals to advance and close key sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success while tracking progress in Siebel CRM.
  • Network at conferences and events, building connections and promoting Natus products.
  • Provide insights to management on new business opportunities and sales forecasts, driving strategic growth.

What we are looking for: Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA or medical qualifications are a bonus.
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of high sales rankings, awards, or President's Club honors.
  • Exceptional concept-selling skills and ability to navigate complex hospital sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial information and sales data.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and independent, yet effective in small team settings.
  • High ethical standards with professional references at an executive level.
  • Proven success in medical sales, especially in Neuro, ICU, Critical Care, Cath Lab, or ED settings highly preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and credit cards to support travel-related job expenses.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SaaS or subscription sales processes.
  • Background in Neuro, ICU, Critical Care, Cath Lab, or ED.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or medical qualification).

Travel Required: 75%

Pay Transparency:

Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75,000 USD, $200,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE). Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
