Job Opening: National Account Manager
Job Summary:
The National Account Manager will oversee and lead the sales activities related to key customer accounts based on a particular market segment.
Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Negotiates large customer contracts.
  • Identifies potential new customers and sales leads within the top tier of our customer base.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products and services that will meet those needs.
  • Manages multiple large domestic accounts.
  • Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications and process changes.
  • Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment.
  • Acts as company representative at trade shows and meetings.
  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Oversees manufacturing deadlines are completed on time and within the customer expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of sales experience required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
