National Sales Manager
Description
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical National Sales Managerto join our organization. The responsibilities of the National Sales Manager include overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.
To be successful as a National Sales Manager you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive a company's success. Ultimately, a topnotch National Sales Managershould have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify targeted prospects and customers for use as sales targets; developed through cold calling, using leads from current servicing teams, research, and qualification calls.
  • Meets with key decision makers, build and maintain relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Gather requirements from prospects and customers, interact with other company departments to finalize proposal details, and presents proposals to prospective customers.
  • Promote company products and services.
  • Lead platform wide sales efforts to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with research, develop, and implement strategies to expand the market share.
  • Manage sales budget.
  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.
  • Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing department.
  • Monitor customer activity.
  • Create sales reports
  • Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

Position Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Minimum of four years' experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Qualified candidates should possess at least 5 years of account executive experience with a focus on leadership/management.
  • Ability to present information to groups of people, comfortable making presentations.
  • Strong computer knowledge and ATS knowledge

Company Standards and KPIs
  • Client Meetings - Attend at least 6 prospective client meetings per week
  • Existing clients - Meet with 2 existing clients per week in order to expand partnerships
  • Proposals - Present at least 2 proposals weekly
  • Closed Accounts - Close at least 4 accounts monthly
  • Revenue and Gross Profit - Maintain at least $200,000 in revenue billing per week. This equivalates to $10 million in new business revenue annually.
  • Quarterly Business Review - Attend all QBR for assigned territory
  • Prospect List- Maintain a prospect list of at least 100 customers at all times, must be documented in Avionte
