What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities
  • Source, recruit, interview, and build relationships with physicians and APPs nationwide
  • Match providers to open assignments based on skillsets, licensing, board status, and client needs
  • Arrange interviews between physicians and clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with both providers and clients
  • Extend offers and close placements
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline details in the database
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth assignment execution (travel, licensing, credentialing, payroll, etc.)
  • Build long-term provider relationships that fuel repeat business
  • Hit and exceed production expectations

What It Takes to Excel

  • Minimum two years of recruiting experience (healthcare or physician staffing preferred)
  • Strong phone presence—this business is built on outbound and relationship-driven calls
  • Confident negotiator with persuasive communication skills
