Job description

About BizzyCar
BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience for consumers, dealerships, and manufacturers. Our mission is to simplify car repairs, enabling consumers to resolve issues like recalls without leaving home or work. Through our automated platform, we streamline the process from manufacturers to dealers to customers, significantly reducing notification times and making repair scheduling seamless. Dealers benefit from increased repair revenue and strengthened customer relationships, while OEMs avoid costly fines.
We are solving a $22B industry challenge, with over 70 million cars on the road having unresolved recalls. BizzyCar is a fast-paced, results-driven company with an experienced leadership team skilled in building high-value businesses. Employees enjoy competitive pay, equity opportunities, and medical benefits. While we're a dispersed team, we prioritize collaboration and meet quarterly to maintain our strong culture.
About the role
We're hiring a National Enterprise Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of our largest, most strategic national accounts. This role blends the relationship-driven, retention-focused mindset of a Customer Success Manager with the revenue-driven, growth-oriented instincts of an Account Executive. You'll be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients - responsible for keeping them happy, keeping them renewed, and identifying every opportunity to expand the partnership.
You'll report directly to our Chief Development Officer while working closely with leads across the organization (Customer Success, Sales, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships while still being comfortable closing deals.
What Success Looks Like
  • Steady growth in net-new rooftop signing, reflecting strong independent prospecting and sales execution
  • High renewal rates and low churn across your account portfolio
  • Consistent, predictable expansion revenue growth quarter over quarter
  • Strong stakeholder relationships that make you the "go-to" partner within each account
  • Clear, proactive account plans that anticipate risk and surface growth opportunity before it's obvious

What you'll do
  • Account Management & Retention
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of national enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within each account
  • Proactively monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction to identify risk early and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Own the renewal process end-to-end, negotiating terms and ensuring on-time, on-value renewals
  • Act as an internal advocate for your accounts, coordinating with Support, Product, and Operations to ensure client needs are met

Growth & New Business
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, additional locations/divisions/business units)
  • Sell into net-new divisions, subsidiaries, or business lines within existing national accounts
  • Build and execute strategic account plans with clear growth targets for each account in your portfolio
  • Independently identify and sign new rooftops, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, then transitioning seamlessly into ongoing account management
  • Deliver on renewal, retention, and expansion revenue targets (quota-carrying)

Strategic Ownership
  • Develop and maintain account plans that map out stakeholders, growth opportunities, risks, and renewal timelines
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to demonstrate value and align on future goals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM for renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Provide market and account feedback to Product and Leadership to help shape roadmap and strategy

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, supporting large/national accounts
  • Proven experience managing or selling into national automotive dealership groups (e.g., Lithia Motors, Group 1 Automotive, AutoNation, Asbury Automotive, or similar) required
  • Proven track record of managing renewals, driving expansion revenue, and independently signing new rooftops/locations within existing named accounts-this role sells as much as it supports
  • Strong consultative selling skills paired with genuine relationship-building instincts
  • Experience navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales/renewal cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with pipeline forecasting
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to meet with national account stakeholders and visit dealership rooftops

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary $120,000-$150,00 plus uncapped commission renewals and expansion revenue (OTE $250,000+)
  • Comprehensive health benefits - medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan and equity
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing Sales and Customer Success organization
  • Ongoing training and development, including access to sales enablement tools and enterprise account strategy resources
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with cross-functional partnership across Sales, CS, and Product
