Remote 12-Month Contract The Digital Partnerships team at one of our largest Fortune 200 Energy clients is seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Coordinator for their Digital Partnerships to support the identification, tracking, and ongoing management of digital partnerships. This role will sit on the backend of the organization, focusing on relationship management, governance, and program coordination across a diverse ecosystem of partners including large technology firms, national laboratories, universities, and industry collaborators. The ideal candidate is detailโ€oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable operating behind the scenes to keep complex partnership efforts moving forward.

This individual will help establish repeatable processes, maintain accurate partnership datasets, identify trends across collaborations, and support executiveโ€level meetings and briefings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with professional maturity who may be looking to reโ€enter or grow within program or project management, with a longerโ€term growth path into coโ€development project leadership. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communications, or similar).

5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, program coordination, project coordination, or relationship management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (midโ€level; ability to manage and analyze datasets). Experience establishing governance, processes, or regular operating cadences for programs or initiatives.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and followโ€through. Strong critical thinking and strategic mindset; ability to identify trends and patterns across data and relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with internal leaders and external partners.

Ability to work autonomously in a fastโ€paced, evolving environment. Professional maturity and sound judgment when managing sensitive relationships and information. Industry experience and/or research background is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Project Planner or similar tools is a plus. Responsibilities: Capture, organize, and maintain a centralized dataset of digital partnerships, including partner classifications, engagement types, and collaboration status. Support relationship management efforts by tracking partner interactions and ensuring continuity across engagements.

Assist in the development and maintenance of repeatable governance processes, including meeting cadences and documentation standards. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the digital partnership portfolio. Support coโ€development initiatives through timeline tracking and coordination activities.

Coordinate executive briefings, leadership meetings, and partnershipโ€related events, including agenda preparation, logistics, transportation coordination, and onโ€site support (e.g., food and materials). Collaborate with internal stakeholders across management, product development, and external partnerships. Provide backend analytical and organizational support, with opportunities to grow into presentation development and executiveโ€facing materials over time.
