What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of complex programs across the LPM department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and a passion for driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a program, from inception through to successful completion, and ongoing maintenance ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple, cross-functional programs and initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Monitor program performance, track progress, and proactively address any risks or roadblocks.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, balancing team capacity with program requirements.
  • Lead program reporting, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and results.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, ensuring teams are motivated, productive, and aligned with program goals.
  • Ensure programs are compliant with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements or adjustments as necessary.
  • Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and advance their career.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven project management experience as typically demonstrated through 3+ years of related experience; ability to drive results through and with others
  • High performing individual with deep industry knowledge and strong network within initiative workstreams
  • Ability to coach individuals to execute planned delivery
  • Business process analysis, optimization, and modeling experience desired
  • Excellent implementation and value delivery skills
  • Desires to accelerate their career path through a challenging and rewarding experience

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $79,987.50 - $138,645.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
