About the Role:
The National Account Manager, Central is responsible for driving distribution, sales, and execution across key Midwest-based regional and national chain accounts.
This individual will lead customer relationships, develop joint business plans, and execute programs that drive incremental growth across Tri-Vin's portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of the retail landscape, the ability to translate insights into action, and a consistent focus on delivering results.
Success in this role will be measured by growth in distribution, volume, and share across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & GrowthALL Own and manage relationships with assigned chain buyers and category teams
Develop and execute joint business plans that drive distribution, velocity, and share growth
Identify opportunities for:
o New item authorizations
o Expanded distribution
o Incremental displays and features
Maintain and grow existing business through effective pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies

Midwest Chain Execution
Lead day-to-day management of key Midwest-based chain accounts, including Kroger and aligned banners, as well as other regional grocery and mass retailers
Manage all aspects of the business, including:
o Assortment planning
o Promotional programming
o Modular resets and shelving strategy
Partner with internal teams and distributors to ensure strong execution across divisions
Identify and close gaps in distribution, pricing, and in-store execution

Data & Insights
Analyze performance using Nielsen, IRI, and retailer-specific data to identify opportunities and risks
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for customers and internal teams
Monitor competitive activity and category trends to inform strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Commercial Marketing to develop and execute customer-specific programs
Work closely with distributor partners to align on priorities and execution in-market
Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and successful launches

Planning, Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting across assigned accounts
Communicate business updates, opportunities, and risks to leadership
Manage trade spend and promotional investments in line with company objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in national or regional account management within beverage alcohol or CPG
Experience working with Midwest-based chain retailers strongly preferred; Kroger experience a plus
Strong understanding of chain retail dynamics, including grocery, mass, and club
Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and retailer systems preferred
Proven ability to build relationships and drive results with key retail customers
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
