Job Description
Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our Charles Town, WV music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • New client registration
  • Client scheduling & billing
  • Teacher scheduling
  • Answer calls & emails
  • Reception, During Teaching Hours
  • Social Media & Marketing
  • Care of the studio spaces/light cleaning/tidying

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $20-23/hour. Health benefits options and a 401K with employer match are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble after 30 days of employment.
