Responsibilities
  • Work with the Global Head of Retail & Licensing and the Senior Director of Retail to strategize and execute retail programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across creative, production, brand management and finance.
  • Request product set ups and communicate with production team.
  • Liaise with creative and brand management teams for retailer support.
  • Lead communication with accounts/vendors for customer service.
  • Keep track of buyer requests and preferences.
  • Drive sales and ensure margin expectations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales / account management.
  • Previous experience managing high volume buyer requests.
  • Experience in music merchandising or fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent commercial savvy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace.
