Job Description
Equinox is the industry leader for luxury fitness and health optimization. Our clubs are searching for experienced Fitness Professionals already certified in an array of related fields including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and/or Massage Therapy. Equinox's Stretch + Mobility Training Program ensures that clients receive a hyper-customized stretching session.
Stretch Business Management
  • Build and maintain an active client base
  • Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
  • Market and sell stretch series to members and clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions and Stretch Events.
  • Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products

Service and Hospitality
  • Execute intake, outtake and assisted stretches 30/60 min as well as 15/25 min complimentary services for members
  • Interact with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience
  • Create and offer personalized programs / series
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe stretch area during shifts and sessions

Professional Development
  • Attend and pass mandatory pre-work training
  • Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
  • Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management

Qualifications
Equinox's Stretch + Mobility Training Program is an assisted stretching program developed by Equinox's most experienced manual therapists and experts. During the required Equinox proprietary theory and hands-on training, our Stretch + Mobility Specialists learn the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches and how to work with a variety of clients from professional athletes, weekend warriors, those recovering from an injury and clients of all ages and body types.
  • Must possess a fitness related certification or Massage Therapy License
  • CPR/AED Certification
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding anatomy, fitness and recovery
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Energetic, friendly, punctual, hygienic and respectful

Pay Transparency: $17.00 Hourly
