Position: Senior QNX Android Developer
Work Location: Hillsboro, OR
Duration: Contract/Fulltime
 
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QNX/Android Software Developer with strong expertise in Embedded C++ development, QNX/Linux platform development, and Android Automotive systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining platform software, middleware, device drivers, and multimedia applications on Qualcomm-based embedded systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software for QNX, Linux, and Android platforms.
Design and implement platform services, middleware, and embedded applications using C/C++.
Develop and integrate Linux device drivers and hardware interfaces.
Work on Qualcomm Snapdragon-based platforms, including platform bring-up and integration.
Develop Android native and framework-level components.
Support multimedia application and platform development.
Perform debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution across software and hardware layers.
Collaborate with DevOps, automation, and validation teams for CI/CD integration.
Use Docker and virtualized environments for development and testing.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.
