We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic and proactive Project Manager to help lead complex projects across trade shows, digital platforms, and experiential activations. The Project Manager is the internal hub for execution between Creative, Client Services/Account Management and Production — ensuring that every project runs smoothly, teams are aligned, and no detail gets lost in the ever-changing world of production.

Job Description
Storylink is a brand engagement agency located in the Twin Cities. We design and build custom brand engagement exhibits, digital assets, and activations. This role reports to the Director of Project Management. As a Project Manager, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can confidently manage both the big picture as well as the tactical day-to-day. You’ll take ownership of key accounts and large-scale activations, guiding cross-functional teams from concept through execution. 
This is a high-impact role for a dynamic individual with a collaborative and agile mindset. The ideal candidate thrives on creative problem solving, change management and creating positive relationships. You’ll be the tip of the spear as a liaison between all of project execution, account management and creative services.

Local to the Twin Cities metro area and can travel to/from work site in Maple Grove, MN weekly.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all project-related tasks across departments (creative, digital, production, client services)  
  • Act as a project leader — keeping momentum high, morale up, and quality of work consistently excellent 
  • Collaborate/partner with Account Management to ensure the appropriate level of client engagement   
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making 
  • Take initiative in resolving challenges and adapting to dynamic creative environments  
  • Develop estimates and partner with Account Management on statements of work (SOWs), ensuring project scopes are clear and aligned with client and project goals  
  • Build/manage comprehensive timelines with interdependencies across creative, digital, and production teams  
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management process, including timeline development, resource allocation, and task coordination
  • Ensure all project elements are executed accurately and on time to meet client expectations  
  • Monitor project progress, flag potential risks or delays early, and drive resolution through communication, collaboration and proactive planning  
  • Own the internal routing of creative assets, managing the review/proofing process for accuracy, clarity, and deadlines  
  • Partner with Account Managers and Finance to support billing, invoice tracking, and budget health checks 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within an agency, creative, or production environment  
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal — comfortable interfacing with internal teams as well as external vendors and clients  
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment with multiple timelines, workstreams, and stakeholder expectations  
  • Strong familiarity with experiential, digital, and trade show activations  
  • Proficient in creative production workflows, including versioning, asset management, and quality control  
  • Understanding or willingness to learn trade show logistics  
  • Expert in project management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)  
  • Skilled in building estimates and working with scopes, timelines, and budgets  
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability  
Nice to Have
  • Experience with digital integrations like touchscreen apps, AR, or branded content
