Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Content Experiences & Creative is responsible for leading the strategy, development and activation of content experiences that support CDW's brand, engage key audiences and advance business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Editorial & Content, this role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning content strategy, creative design, video production, organic social media and sales enablement content. The Senior Manager serves as the connective point between strategy, storytelling, creative execution and content activation, ensuring content is aligned to audience needs, business priorities and brand standards. This role partners closely with editorial, website, campaign, brand and sales stakeholders to create compelling content experiences across channels and audiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative leadership and operational excellence to deliver high-quality content that informs, engages and drives results.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of content experiences that support business priorities, audience needs and brand objectives.
  • Oversee content strategy initiatives, ensuring content is aligned to customer, seller and business goals.
  • Lead creative design services supporting marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, thought leadership, social media, sales enablement and other customer-facing experiences.
  • Oversee video strategy and production, ensuring multimedia content supports engagement, storytelling and business objectives.
  • Lead organic social media and employee advocacy programs across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube, helping expand audience reach, engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ensure content is effectively activated and distributed through the appropriate channels, audiences and experiences.
  • Oversee the creation of sales enablement content, ensuring seller-facing materials align with broader messaging, content strategy and brand standards.
  • Leverage audience insights, performance data and market trends to improve content effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Establish scalable workflows, prioritization processes and operating rhythms that improve visibility, efficiency and accountability.
  • Lead and develop a team of content strategists, designers, social media professionals and content creators while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Website, SEO/AEO and UX leaders to shape content experiences that improve discoverability, usability, engagement and overall customer experience across digital channels.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for agencies supporting media brands and content initiatives, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery.
  • Champion innovative approaches to content creation, including the use of AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and impact.
What We Expect of You
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, creative services, digital marketing, social media, multimedia production or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across content, creative, social media, video or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies that support audience engagement and business goals.
  • Strong understanding of content development, storytelling, creative production and content activation across multiple channels.
  • Experience overseeing creative design, social media, multimedia production or sales enablement content initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO, content discoverability and digital audience behavior.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers and external creative partners.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use performance insights to guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, establish operational processes and drive results across teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve content development and workflows.
  • Experience in B2B technology, consulting or solutions-based organizations, is a plus.
  • Experience leading content programs that support both customer engagement and sales enablement objectives, is a plus.
  • Experience managing organic social media and employee advocacy programs, is a plus.
  • Experience overseeing video production, multimedia storytelling and creative development, is a plus.
  • Experience building and improving content operations, workflows and governance processes, is a plus.
  • Experience managing agency partnerships and external production resources, is a plus.

Pay range: $143,000 - $199,800 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan
