Job Summary/Description:

This leadership role will drive digital revenue growth by providing strategy, execution, and performance of a high-performing sales team. This role owns digital pipeline development and client solutions via Gray's digital portfolio.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Lead, coach, and develop a digital-focused sales team, set goals, KPIs, and accountability rhythms.
- Build and execute digital strategies, grow new business, and expand existing accounts.
- Train sellers on digital products, packaging, and consultative selling while supporting key client presentations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 3-7+ years in digital media sales and/or digital sales leadership with measurable revenue results.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, such as CTV/OTT, Search, and Social.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team, strong communication, and customer-facing skills.
