Title: Senior Multimedia Specialist

Position: Full Time, Hybrid (one day onsite p/week)

Position Summary

The Sr. Multimedia Designer is a creative force who drives, maintains, and elevates brand presence across every channel through effective and impactful visual communication. This role demands a versatile, production-ready designer who is equally at home developing a multi-page print catalog, directing a product video shoot, and crafting social media content all while embracing AI-powered tools to amplify speed, quality, and output. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated storyteller with deep technical fluency across print, digital, video, and motion formats, and a genuine passion for brand consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Communication

Drive and maintain the Aurora Parts brand identity across all print, digital, video, and social touchpoints. 

Develop visual communication pieces including flyers, sell sheets, brochures, logos, iconography, email templates, web graphics, landing pages, signage, and more.

Build and maintain brand standards documentation, templates (PowerPoint, Word, InDesign), and style guides.

Create and manage a visual and audio digital asset library for use across the organization.

Print & Catalog Production

Lead layout and production of multi-page paper catalogs and product guides from concept through press- ready files.

Design print advertising, trade show materials, packaging, and direct mail pieces.

Manage print vendor relationships, review proofs, and troubleshoot production issues.

Video & Photography

Conceive, coordinate, shoot, direct, and edit video content including product showcases, testimonials, interviews, company events, social reels, and promotional pieces.

Plan and execute photography sessions for products, events, and portraits; handle setup, staging, lighting, and post-production.

Produce motion graphics, animated social content, and short-form video optimized for digital platforms.

Digital & Social Media Design

Create digital content for email campaigns, social media, website, and online advertising.

Develop and update website graphics, microsite pages, and landing pages in collaboration with web and marketing teams.

Produce social media content including static graphics, carousels, and short video that aligns with brand voice and platform best practices.

Events & Experiential

Contribute to high-impact dealer and industry events: microsites, custom registration flows, digital and printed signage, day-of materials, and on-site execution.

Support trade show planning with booth graphics, display materials, and promotional assets.

AI-Enhanced Workflow

Actively integrate AI design, video, and productivity tools to increase output quality and efficiency without sacrificing brand integrity.

Champion emerging AI capabilities within the Marketing team and help establish best practices for responsible use.

Creative Direction & Team Development

Provide creative direction and day-to-day guidance to a Graphic Designer, reviewing work for brand consistency, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Support the professional development of the Graphic Designer through constructive feedback, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of professional design experience in an in-house B2B environment.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Acrobat.

Demonstrated experience with print catalog layout and production, including print-ready file preparation and press coordination.

Hands-on video production experience: pre-production planning, on-set direction, shooting, and post-production editing.

Strong command of photography techniques including product, portrait, and event photography.

Experience with motion graphics and video animation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent).

Demonstrated understanding of print processes, color management, and production workflows.

Strong portfolio showcasing range across print, video, digital, and brand identity work.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present and articulate creative concepts clearly.

Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work on-site at the Lebanon, IN office as needed; local or Greater Indianapolis area candidates strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with web prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end web concepts.

Experience with voiceover recording and audio editing.

Knowledge of the trailer, trucking, or heavy-duty aftermarket parts industry.

Experience with AI design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Stitch, or similar).
