Job description

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily, Strong local pipeline (Orlando - Melbourne, 401k with 5% match, bonus, and auto allowance.

Location: Wood-frame Ground-up Multifamily construction projects in the local market.

Job Title: Lead Superintendent

Salary: $165-$180k base + 401k w/ match, Bonus, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience (5+ years with good tenure)


We're a top ranked Multifamily builder. We have a super healthy pipeline of local work in Raleigh. We've got a big focus on culture and professional development within our team.

We're currently looking to bring an experienced Lead Superintendent onto our team as we have a few large projects coming up . The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of multifamily ground-up construction experience and be looking for a long-term fit.

Packages will include: $165k-$180k base, bonus plan, auto allowance, 401k w/ 5% match, and more.


What You Need for This Role:


  • At least 5+ years of full-scope ground-up multifamily experience (200+units-400 units).
