Southern Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager (Multi- Family) to lead multifamily and commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and startup activities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial performance
  • Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting using Procore or similar construction management software
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial multi-story construction

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
