Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in our Multifamily Signage division to lead and execute signage projects from concept through installation. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, general contractors, and clients.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing complex, custom projects.


Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction & Proposal Support
  • Organize and review bid documents from developers and general contractors
  • Perform take-offs and develop preliminary signage budgets (SPW)
  • Conduct local code research (sign, building, fire, and ADA compliance)
  • Support proposal development and formatting for internal review
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Design Consultants and clients
Project Setup & Contract Review
  • Enter and maintain accurate project data in ERP systems (ExhibitPower)
  • Review contracts against plans; identify scope gaps and discrepancies
  • Develop signage packages, including quantities, specifications, and messaging
  • Coordinate conceptual design direction and internal project kickoff
Project Execution & Management
  • Manage multiple signage projects from design through fabrication and installation
  • Ensure all project data, documentation, and schedules are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with design, detailing, production, and installation teams
  • Provide weekly status updates, manage timelines, and resolve issues proactively
  • Communicate regularly with clients, general contractors, architects and Design Consultants
  • Schedule installations and track progress using Fieldwire and internal systems
  • Identify risks, manage delays, and maintain project momentum
Change Order Management
  • Review and process change order requests from clients and GCs
  • Develop pricing, proposals, and secure approvals
  • Maintain updated drawings and as-built documentation

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within construction, signage, or design-build environments
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily construction projects and signage packages
  • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and project contracts (AIA experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ERP systems) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with signage design, fabrication, or environmental graphics
  • PMP certification (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with Fieldwire or similar construction management tools
