A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Responsible for managerial  aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
  • Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
  • Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
  • Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
  • Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
  • Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
  • Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects
  • Highly prefer design-build experience
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
