We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and organized Commercial and Multifamily Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will coordinate and oversee the construction process from conception to completion. You will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and define project goals and objectives, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Oversee the planning and implementation of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  3. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  4. Manage and supervise construction procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  5. Monitor project progress regularly and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  6. Manage the budget, track project costs, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the project is completed within the financial plan.
  7. Ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with building and safety regulations.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders about progress and any changes or issues that arise.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  10. Oversee project closeout, including conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful project elements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in project management and the construction industry.
  3. Excellent knowledge of construction material, equipment, project management, and quality assurance processes.
  4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and other industry-related technology.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong financial and budgeting skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.

Work Environment:
This role routinely requires visits to construction sites where you will need to navigate the terrain and be exposed to various weather conditions. Safety equipment and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.
