Miami, FL | $120,000–$150,000 Base + Full Benefits

About the Opportunity

A well-established, General Contractor with one of the longest operating histories in the Miami construction market is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a respected Miami-based GC with a strong pipeline of multifamily construction projects.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project coordination while working closely with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and financial performance
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction Project Management experience
  • Strong background in multifamily ground-up construction
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and building codes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
