The #2 Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations and manage the construction of a luxury ground-up multifamily project valued at over $100 million. Client Details About the client: Office in Boston, MA Completes Luxury, Ground Up Multifamily around $100M 3rd largest Multifamily Builder/ Developer in the nation around 30 employees in the Boston office Markets Served: Large Scale, Luxury Multifamily projects $100M+ "Small Shop" with the resources of a large GC due to their national presence Description Manage daily on-site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain smooth operations. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with plans and specifications. Assist in resolving any on-site construction issues promptly and effectively. Communicate progress updates and challenges to the Project Manager and stakeholders. Support the implementation of project schedules and timelines. Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities and progress.
