Job description

Project Manager

Element Construction is a vertically integrated multifamily developer builder with a focus on Class A multifamily projects across the South East. We are searching for a strong multifamily project manager in our Greensboro, NC headquarters to take on several upcoming projects in the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing new construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to the internal construction and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Construction experience, preferably with Multifamily
