Responsibilities include overseeing assigned site installation projects for our Multifamily portion of the final mile business, from planning to implementation, ensuring appliance delivery and installations are executed within customer and company requirements. Site responsibility may range between 5-20 projects at any given time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Ensures that assigned site deliveries and installations are completed according to customer needs and within requirements.
โ€ข Monitors progression of builder checklist items as they relate to delivery and installation needs. Adjusts accordingly to accommodate moving timelines and changes to pre-installation requirements.
โ€ข Performs all delivery site inspections pre and post delivery and installation, and in support of required monitoring thresholds.
โ€ข Evaluates concerns from the customer and/or builder and either provides resolution or escalates to the appropriate team member.
โ€ข Maintains communication with on-site teams, builders, and customer contacts.
โ€ข Communicates work order needs to appropriate teams, advising of any changes and monitoring activities for completion.
โ€ข Coordinates resources needed to fulfill work orders, including labor, materials, and scheduling.
โ€ข Reviews claims/damages and resolves or oversees escalation to appropriate department, ensuring a resolution in completed.
โ€ข Corresponds with Client Representatives for customer relations and researching orders.
โ€ข Tracks and enters project notes and additional information into company and Client as required.
โ€ข Attend site/customer requested calls and performance reviews.
โ€ข Perform regular audits of teams performance.
โ€ข Coordinates reverse logistics needs between the teams and customer.
QUALIFICATONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years' project management experience in construction, warehousing, final mile/last mile delivery -or related field required. Must have reliable transportation to conduct site visits.
TRAVEL:
Local travel between sites expected regularly to oversee site requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to exercise Judgment and Decisiveness in order to determine potential consequences of decisions to choose the best course of action for the immediate and long-term objectives. Highly organized and demonstrates planning, preparation, responsiveness and time management. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of materials, warehouse processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods. Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships. Skilled in resolving conflicts and negotiating with others in order to handle complaints and navigate grievances. Ability to analyze information and use individual judgment. Exemplary decision making and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and lead teams and coach others towards continuous improvement.

4. Loud noises may be typical while in a warehouse environment.
