A Multifamily Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties that contain multiple housing units, such as apartment complexes or condominiums. Their duties typically include managing leasing activities, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling tenant relations, and optimizing property performance. They work to maximize occupancy rates, maintain property value, and provide a safe and pleasant environment for residents.
