Make an Impact Across a Growing Multifamily Portfolio

Are you a real estate or financial analyst who enjoys digging into numbers, identifying opportunities, and turning data into business decisions?

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a Multifamily Housing Analyst to join our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Franktown, Colorado. You'll work closely with Asset Managers and executive leadership to evaluate property performance, identify opportunities to increase NOI, support acquisitions, and influence portfolio strategy.

If you're analytical, business-minded, and ready to grow your career in multifamily real estate, this role offers valuable exposure to asset management, acquisitions, financial modeling, property operations, and investment strategy.

  • Evaluate operating expenses, vendor performance, and capital projects to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare analysis, reports, and recommendations for Asset Management and executive leadership.
  • Travel throughout an assigned regional portfolio to gain firsthand insight into property operations and market conditions.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: We're looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and understands that real estate performance is about more than numbers on a spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multifamily real estate, asset management, underwriting, acquisitions, financial analysis, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Experience analyzing financial statements, property-level financials, and operating performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions from data, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25-50% throughout an assigned portfolio.

WHY THIS ROLE:

  • Build a career in multifamily real estate and asset management.
  • Gain exposure to the financial and operational sides of real estate.
  • Work alongside experienced Asset Managers and leadership.
  • Contribute to decisions with visible, measurable business impact.
