Logistics Coordinator


The Role:

The Logistics Coordinator for our Agriculture and Industrial Minerals department Terresis manages the domestic distribution of products across the United States. This role ensures on-time, compliant, and cost-effective delivery from warehouse to customer. Key functions include managing truck shipments, overseeing inter-warehouse transfers, and handling customer invoicing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate tracking of batch numbers and inventory levels at both warehouses and consignment customer locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Record and track batch numbers for all outbound shipments to ensure full product traceability
  • Setting up deliveries
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in coordination with the finance team
  • Record and track inventory on a monthly basis
  • Travel requirement, expectation of attending a couple of events per year


Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain world.
  • Youre "detail-obsessed" in the best way possiblenothing gets past you.
  • Youre great at staying calm and organized even when youre juggling five things at once.
